Questions & Answers

Yes you can, on the 16th Floor bar / restaurant.

Parking and drop off here is a nightmare. The valets stand in a group of 3 or 4 until you grab one of them by getting their attention. The valets and porters are friendly though. The valet parking is very expensive. You are better off getting a garage through parkingpanda or spothero and walking back (I found one at one fifth of the price about half a mile away).

Definitely no comping on anything! its not a casino

Is there any hiring going on?

Try their website to see if there are any opportunities.

The question is a bit vague, but they do charge you a certain amount of $ in the case that you use some of the amenities that they offer so they may deduct from there. If you dont use any of the $ they charged, they'll return that amount.

Talk to the front desk directly by calling, or walking in.
